Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- None

New items:

Mike showed an example External Test document based on .pkg format:
- Anders: If this points into the IBIS file
- Mike created a [Test Circuit] keyword
- Anders: There is a question if asterisk can be a comment here.
- Mike: Maybe we should disallow [Comment char]
- Mike: We need a way to declare the language of the test circuit
- Anders: It is confusing to have two names that need to match
- Moshiul: Will the parser be able parse the SPICE code?
- Anders: We would have a new keyword for component pins
  - We should steal the language for [External Model]
- Mike showed BIRD 125 Make IBIS-ISS Available for IBIS Package Modeling
  - This is specific to pkg files

AR: Study [External Circuit] for possible reuse in test section

- Anders: ISS can reference a Touchstone file
  - There will be reference nodes that can't be shorted together
